When we personalist understand the swarupa of soul , we understand the soul having its form like Krishna (means human ) not made of material Panchabhuta but full of spiritual as Satchitananda free from four defects. We understands that our body got hands because soul has it, like my shirt has hands because I posses it. similarly soul also posses mind, intelligence and true ego. Our gross body is duplicated form of our soul.
in Bhagvad Gita, Krishna talks about nature of soul as “Keshagra Sat bhagasya”, the measurement of soul is ten thousand part of the tip of hair. Than how we can understand that soul posses the hands, legs and duplicated of our gross body. How can we understand the atomic particle with doing Lilas with lord.
in Srila Prabhupada’s purports’ we find that this spiritual tiny particle soul is given the spiritual SatChitAnand body to participate in the Lilas of lord in spirtula planets, But if the soul which is qualitatively same as supreme God, is tiny spiritual spark than how we can understand that Supreme God is a personality in its original form.
Also the other forms like animals and trees, are they also spiritual in nature? if such that than how we can understand similarity of all souls as equal. because tree does not posses the similar structure.
Also the impersonalist, who want to remain as idle in the bramhjyoti, How can remain idle in the form of Sat Chit Anand Body.

Srila Prabhupada has very nicely explained all of your questions in different places in various ways as per the ability of his disciples to understand and assimilate these things properly.
In the Journey of Self-Discovery 1.1: The Physics of the Self, Srila Prabhupada says “A dog, for example, is also a spirit soul, but because he has a dog’s body he lives and acts like a dog. Similarly, when the spirit soul has a child’s body, he acts like a child. When he has a different body, the same soul acts like a man. According to circumstances his activities are changing, but he is the same.”
From the above statement it is clear that the conditioned soul in this material world is forced to act in a particular way, because it is covered with a type of the subtle material body, which is further covered by the gross material body. Since, these coverings are absent in the spiritual world, the soul manifests its full potential in serving its beloved Lord in one of the five ways as shaanta, daasya, sakhya, vatsalya, madhurya or in their mixtures, be it as a grass, table, tree, animal, bird, human-like form, etc……. Qualitatively, all the souls are of the same nature as that of the Supreme Lord.
Further, Srila Prabhupada says in the book Beyond Illusion and Doubt 6: Thomas Aquinas —> “Disciple: So the soul has a form that is incorruptible. Then what kind of form is the material body?
Srila Prabhupäda: The material body is an imitation. It is false. Because the spiritual body has form, the material body, which is a coating, takes on form.”
The soul has a realm natural to it and compatible with it, which lies beyond the twisted world of matter.The pure soul is beyond the purview of time and space dimensions etc. The soul is always individual and the Supreme Lord is also individual. Srila Prabhupada uses the example of the spark so that we can better co-relate, but the soul in actuality is not just a spark, but like the small spark that has fallen off from the original fire.
