i am in Betech 3rd year and have been practicing Krishna consciousness since past 1 year but now i have to be involved in ias preparation so how to manage both and become a better Krishna conscious administrator at the end.

Hare Krishna,
Lord Sri Krishna says in the Bhagavad-gita 4.2, this knowledge is for the kings and people of that class. So automatically, the general populace follow what a mahajana or a leader of the society follows. (Mahäbhärata, Vana-pärva (313.117)).

Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura was a very responsible government magistrate, yet he was and is our Acharya. First, build a strong Krishna conscious foundation and then automatically you will be able to build skyscrapers.
